Terms of Service

Last updated September 25, 2026

This website is run by Back9 Parlor for its golf leagues. By using it you agree to these terms. If you have a question, email info@back9parlor.com.

What the site is for

Signing up for a league, following standings, matches, handicaps and playoffs, and letting league staff record scores. It’s a league tool, not a service you pay for.

Your part

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and only sign up people who agreed to it.
• Keep access to your email or Google account to yourself. That’s how you sign in.
• Don’t try to get into the staff areas, interfere with the site, or flood it with sign-ups or emails.

Scores and standings

League staff enter scores and run the league. Standings, handicaps and results are calculated from what’s entered. If something looks wrong, tell league staff, whose decision is final. Mistakes can be corrected after the fact, and standings can change when they are.

What’s public

Joining a league means your name, your team and your results appear on public pages. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what’s shown and what isn’t.

No guarantees

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or show out-of-date information, and Back9 Parlor isn’t liable for losses that come from using it.

Changes and access

These terms may be updated, and the date at the top will change when they are. Back9 Parlor may remove access for anyone who misuses the site.
